We are a family owned and operated kennel and pride ourselves on breeding only the finest hunting dogs. We specialize in breeding, training and raising great looking English Setters and English Pointers for the woods.

We have over 30 years experience hunting grouse and woodcock. Our breeding program is based on this experience. Our English Setters and English Pointers (Elhew line) are close working, but not at your feet. They are high headed and have the ability of pointing from great distances; a must for a successful grouse dog or any other type of bird dog.

Chenango Valley Kennels offers training for your bird dog, and boarding for all breeds.  Hunts are available in New York and Maine.
